Description

The WO128128A is a COG monochrome graphic circular LCD display module with a 128x128 dot matrix format. This Circular LCD screen display module is equipped with the ST75161 IC and supports 8080/6800 parallel, 3-wire and 4-wire serial SPI, and I2C interfaces. The viewing direction is set at 6 o'clock, with a 1/136 driving duty and 1/12 BIAS.

The logic supply voltage for the WO128128A is in the range of 2.7V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 3V. This circular LCD screen module can operate within temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +70℃, and its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

The WO128128A is available in two variants: FSTN Negative (WO128128A-TDI) and FSTN positive LCD type with white LED backlight (WO128128A-TFH). USB demo kits are currently available, and interested parties are encouraged to contact us for USB sampling or a quotation.

D[7:4] : fix to “H” by VDD1. D[3:1] : serial input/output data (SDA).
D[0] : serial input clock (SCL). D1 to D3 must be connected together (SDA)
When using serial interface : I2C interface
D[7] : SA[1], I2C slave address bit. Must be connected to VDD1 or VSS1. D[6] : SA[0], I2C slave address bit. Must be connected to VDD1 or VSS1.
D[5:4] : fix to “H” by VDD1. D[3:2] : SDA_OUT, serial data and acknowledge output for the I2C interface. D[1] : SDA_IN, serial input data D[0] : SCL, serial input clock .
D1 to D3 must be connected together (SDA)
CSB must be fixed to “L” by VSS1.
