Description

WO128128A is a 128x128 COG monochrome circular graphic LCD module featuring the ST75161 controller IC. The module supports 6800 and 8080 parallel, 3-wire and 4-wire SPI, and I2C interfaces. It is configured with a 6 o'clock viewing direction, a 1/136 duty cycle, and a 1/12 bias.

The module measures 55.0 x 57.0 x 6.18 mm, with a 42.0 x 42.0 mm view area and a 44.0 x 44.0 mm active area. It operates with a logic supply voltage (VDD) of 2.7V to 3.3V (typical 3.0V) and supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C.

The WO128128A is available in two display variants: WO128128A-TFH, featuring an FSTN positive display with a white LED backlight, and WO128128A-TDI, featuring an FSTN negative display.
