WO128128A2 is a 128x128 COG monochrome Round LCD module with an integrated PCB featuring the ST75161 controller IC. This circular graphic LCD module supports an 8080 parallel interface by default, with optional 6800 parallel, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI, and I2C interfaces. It is configured with a 6 o'clock viewing direction, a 1/136 duty cycle, and a 1/12 bias.
The module measures 60.0 x 62.79 x 8.6 mm, with a 42.0 x 42.0 mm view area and a 44.0 x 44.0 mm active area. It operates with a logic supply voltage (VDD) of 2.7V to 3.3V (typical 3.0V), with an optional 5V version available. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, and the storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
The integrated PCB incorporates four mounting holes and peripheral circuitry, simplifying module installation and system integration. The module is available with 2.54 mm (default), 1.0 mm, or 0.5 mm connector pitch options, and is offered in an FSTN positive transflective display with a white LED backlight.
