Description

WO128128B is a 3.06-inch 128x128 monochrome graphic COG LCD module featuring the ST75161 controller IC. The module supports 6800, 8080, 3-line SPI, 4-line SPI, and I2C interfaces. It operates from a 3.3V logic supply and is configured with a 1/128 duty cycle and 1/12 bias.

The module measures 68.0 x 72.0 x 6.5 mm, with a 62.0 x 62.0 mm view area and a 55.01 x 55.01 mm active area. It features an LED backlight and is designed for operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
