WO128128B是一款单色绘图型COG LCD液晶显示模块，显示由128x128点阵组成，外观尺寸为68.0 x 72.0(mm)，AA区尺寸为55.01 x 55.01(mm)。此模块内建采用ST75161 IC，支持6800/8080/SPI/I2C接口，并以3.3V电压驱动，1/12 Bias特性。
此款模块的工作温度范围为-20℃至+70℃，储存温度范围为-30℃至+80℃。
