Description

WF70C9SYAB4MNC1B is a 7-inch bar type TFT LCD module featuring a 280x1424 resolution, an IPS wide viewing angle, a 4-Lane MIPI DSI interface, and a projected capacitive touch screen (PCAP) with optical bonding. The optical bonding structure reduces internal reflections to improve display clarity while maintaining reliable touch operation.

Designed to comply with the 1U chassis height requirement, this module features a 1:5 ultra-wide aspect ratio that provides a large display area within a low-profile mechanical design. With a typical brightness of 800 cd/m² and Normally Black transmissive TFT technology, it is suitable for compact HMI applications where installation height is limited.

The display is driven by the OTA7290N-C driver IC (or equivalent), while the integrated PCAP touch panel uses the GT911 controller (or equivalent) with an I2C interface and supports 5-point multi-touch. Operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, this module is suitable for 1U rack systems, server management interfaces, networking equipment, industrial control systems, and other embedded HMI applications.
