Description

WG12864I is a monochrome 128x64 dot matrix LCD display module with an outline dimension of 80x70 mm and an active area of 66.52×33.24 mm (2.93 inches). This model is built in with NT7107, NT7108 controllers or equivalent ICs, and supports a 6800 8-bit parallel interface. It operates on a 5V power supply, with an optional version supporting 3.3V negative voltage.

This LCD dot matrix display module is available with or without LED backlight. It is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to +70℃, and can be stored between -30℃ and +80℃, making it ideal for industrial environments. The WG12864I series adopts a COB (Chip on Board) structure, offering durability and ease of integration for a wide range of applications.
