Description

WG12864J3 is a monochrome 128x64 graphic dot matrix LCD display module with a 2.93-inch diagonal, featuring a COB (Chip on Board) structure. It is integrated with the ST7920 controller IC, which supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese fonts. This model supports both 6800 8-bit parallel and SPI interfaces, operates on 3.3V power supply, and optionally includes an internal boost circuit.

WG12864J3 is available with or without LED backlight, and offers multiple backlight color options. It supports a range of LCD types, including STN positive, STN negative, and FSTN, providing flexibility for various visual performance needs. The module complies with RoHS environmental directives and EU REACH regulations.

This COB-type display module comes with a PCB, making it easier to mount and integrate into customer systems or equipment. Its robust design is well-suited for use in industrial control devices, instrumentation, and other embedded applications. The operating temperature range is -20℃ to +70℃, and the storage temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃.
