Description

WG12864M is a monochrome 128x64 graphic LCD display module featuring a COB (Chip on Board) structure with an integrated PCB, making it convenient for system development and mounting. The module has an outline dimension of 95.5x50.2 mm and an active area of 66.52x33.24 mm (2.93-inch diagonal).

This model is built with NT7107 and NT7108 controller ICs (or compatible), supporting the 6800 8-bit parallel interface. It operates on a 5V power supply and includes a built-in negative voltage circuit on the module.

WG12864M is available with or without LED backlight and offers multiple backlight color options. Glass types include STN positive, STN negative, and FSTN LCD, allowing flexibility for various viewing and environmental needs.
