Description

WF0200BTYAJDNG0 is a 2-inch IPS TFT-LCD module with a projected capacitive touchscreen (PCAP). This TFT-LCD module, built-in with the ST7789VI driver IC, supports MCU and SPI interfaces with a resolution of 240×320 dots. WF0200BTYAJDNG0 is featured with an IPS panel that has the advantage of a wider viewing angle of Left: 80 / Right: 80 / Up: 80 / Down: 80 degrees, a brightness of 450 nits (typical value), and an aspect ratio of 3:4 (typical value). The Projected Capacitive Touch Panel of WF0200BTYAJDNG0 is built-in with the GT911 IC, which supports the I2C interface and a single detect point.

The supply voltage for analog is from 2.4V to 3.6V (the typical value is 3.3V). This module can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃, and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +70℃. The 2-inch portrait mode TFT LCD display is suitable for a wide range of electronic devices, including measurement tools such as laser distance measuring instruments and air quality detectors, as well as testing equipment, sports watches, and other electronic devices.
