WF0200BTYAJDNG0 是一款具有投射式电容触控屏幕(PCAP)的2寸 IPS TFT液晶屏。此TFT-LCD模块内建ST7789VI驱动IC，支持MCU和SPI接口，分辨率为240×320像素。 WF0200BTYAJDNG0采用IPS面板，具有左：80/右：80/上：80/下：80度更宽广的视角，亮度为450 nits(典型值)，长宽比为3:4(典型值)。WF0200BTYAJDNG0的投射电容式触控屏幕内建GT911 IC，支持I2C接口和1指触控。
此TFT-LCD模块模拟电源电压为2.4V至3.6V(典型值为3.3V)，工作温度为-20℃~+70℃，储存温度为-30℃~+70℃。 2寸直屏TFT液晶显示器适用于多种电子设备，包括雷射测距仪、空气质量侦测仪等测量工具，以及侦测设备、运动手表和其他电子设备。
