Description

WG12864M is a monochrome 128x64 LCD graphic display module which is having the outline dimension of 95.5x50.2 mm and AA size 66.52x33.24 mm; it is smaller than WG12864K.  WG12864M model is built in with NT7107, NT7108 controller or equivalent IC; it supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface.  WG12864M LCD display is 5V power supply and negative voltage built in on module.  This WG12864M module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
