WO2004B is a module of 20 characters x 4 Lines COG LCD display that has the module dimension of 74.3 x 36.4 mm, and VA size of 60.5 x 22.18 mm. WO2004B is built-in with IST3602 IC; its interface is I2C and supports 3V power supply, 1/33 duty, and 1/6 Bias. This LCD module can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
WO2004B is available in FSTN positive LCD with white LED and without backlight, and STN Negative with white LED backlight; please contact us if you need different LCD type and LED combination.
