WO2004B is a 20x4 COG character LCD module featuring the IST3602 controller IC and an I²C interface. The module measures 74.3 x 36.4 mm, with a 60.5 x 22.18 mm view area and a 58.5 x 20.18 mm active area.
The module operates with a 3 V logic supply voltage and uses a 1/33 duty cycle and 1/6 bias drive scheme. It is designed for operating temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃ and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.
