Description

WF50FTYFGDBGA is a 5-inch TFT LCD with a controller board, featuring a built-in SSD1963 controller IC and a 36-pin definition for the 8080 MPU interface. An 8/16-bit 6800 interface can also be selected via jumper settings. Pins 33 to 36 are designated for backlight supply, allowing customers to avoid designing additional backlight circuits.

The module has a resolution of 800×480 pixels, a brightness of 400 cd/m², and a contrast ratio of 1000:1 for enhanced image clarity. Its dimensions are 120.7 x 75.8 mm, with an active area of 108.0 × 64.8 mm. The display features a glare surface and benefits from IPS technology, providing wide viewing angles of 80 degrees up, down, left, and right.

Additionally, the WF50FTYFGDBGA includes a PCAP touch panel driven by the ILI2130 driver IC, supporting I2C interface and 5-point touch functionality to enhance user interaction and experience.

The supply voltage for the LCM (VDD) ranges from 3.1V to 3.6V (typical value: 3.3V). The display can operate in a temperature range from -20℃ to +70℃, and its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
