Description

WG12864K is a COB (Chip on Board) structure monochrome 128x64 graphic LCD display module with an outline dimension of 113x53 mm and an active area of 66.52x33.24 mm (2.93-inch diagonal). The COB structure includes a PCB, making it easier for integration and mounting during system development.

This model is built with NT7107 and NT7108 controller ICs (or equivalents), supporting the 6800 8-bit parallel interface. It operates on a 5V power supply and features a built-in negative voltage circuit on the module.

WG12864K is available with or without LED backlight, and offers various backlight color options. Glass types include STN positive, STN negative, and FSTN, allowing flexibility for different visual and environmental requirements.

As part of Winstar’s 2.93-inch 128x64 STN graphic LCD lineup, WG12864K provides developers with a reliable display option for instrumentation, industrial control, and other applications. The module supports operation in temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃ and storage from -30℃ to +80℃.
