Description

WG12232J is a 122x32 graphic LCD module featuring a COB (Chip on Board) structure and a 2.2-inch diagonal size. This monochrome LCD display is built with the SBN1661G controller IC or an equivalent controller. It supports a 6800 8-bit parallel interface and operates primarily at 5V power supply, with an optional negative voltage generation circuit when using a +3V power supply.

This display is built in with an internal 2kHz oscillator. For applications requiring an external oscillator, please choose the WG12232E model, which has the same specifications except for the oscillator type.

This module offers multiple LED backlight color options. The LCD panel is available in various types including STN positive, STN negative, FSTN positive, and FSTN negative. The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C. All materials used comply with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
