Description

WO12864T1 is a 1.15-inch 128x64 Chip on Glass (COG) monochrome graphic LCD module featuring the ST7567S controller IC. The module operates from a 3 V logic supply and is available with 6800 8-bit, 8080 8-bit parallel, or 4-line SPI interface options for embedded display applications.

The module measures 38.0 x 26.42 x 8.8 mm, with a 29.58 x 16.22 mm view area and a 25.58 x 14.06 mm active area. It features an LED backlight and operates with a 1/65 duty cycle and 1/9 bias drive scheme.

WO12864T1 is an alternative model to WO12864T, replacing the ST7565P controller IC with ST7567S while maintaining the same module dimensions, display format, interface options, and mechanical design.

ID[0:3] can be read 4-bit ID only for serial interface from D[4:7].
