Description

WO1602H is a 16x2 COG character LCD display module featuring the ST7032i controller IC with an I²C interface. The compact Chip-on-Glass (COG) design makes it suitable for embedded applications where installation space is limited.

The module measures 62.8 × 23.0 × 6.3 mm, with a 51.5 × 12.23 mm view area and a 47.6 × 9.74 mm active area. It supports both 3 V and 5 V logic supply voltage (VDD) options and operates with a 1/16 duty cycle and 1/5 bias.

This 16x2 LCD display operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. Its compact COG construction makes it suitable for handheld devices, industrial controllers, portable instruments, home appliances, and other embedded HMI applications.
