Description

WO1602I is a 16x2 COG monochrome LCD display module featuring the ST7032i controller IC with an I²C interface. The compact Chip-on-Glass (COG) design makes it suitable for embedded applications where installation space is limited.

The module measures 51.2 × 20.7 × 6.3 mm, with a 40.0 × 10.0 mm view area and a 38.0 × 8.0 mm active area. It supports both 3 V and 5 V logic supply voltage (VDD) options and operates with a 1/16 duty cycle.

This monochrome LCD display module operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. Its compact COG construction makes it suitable for handheld devices, portable instruments, industrial equipment, electronic scales, digital calipers, and other embedded applications.
