WO1602I3 and WO1602I5 are 16x2 COG character LCD modules with an integrated PCB, featuring the ST7032i controller IC and an I²C interface. Compared with standard COG LCD modules, the integrated PCB with mounting holes simplifies installation and system integration. Three connector pitch options are available: 2.54 mm (default), 1.0 mm, and 0.5 mm.
WO1602I3 supports a 3.3 V logic supply, while WO1602I5 supports 5 V. Both models operate with a 1/16 duty cycle and 1/5 bias, and are designed for operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. They are available with an FSTN positive transflective LCD and a white LED backlight. Other LCD types and LED backlight color combinations are available upon request.
