WG320240B0 is a 320x240 monochrome graphic LCD module display which is having the module dimension of 160x109 mm and AA size of 115.18x86.38 mm, diagonal size 5.7 inch. WG320240B0 LCD display is built in with RA8835 controller; it communicates via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply and build in negative voltage generator and temperature compensation option. This 5.7" WG320240B0 module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
