Description

WG128128I is a monochrome128x128 LCD display module which is having the module dimension of 75.5x69.9 mm and AA size of 44.77x44.77 mm; it has the same size as WG128128B. But the controller IC SANYON LC7963 of WG128128B has been phased out, please choose WG128128I as a replacement of WG128128B. This WG128128I model is built in with RA6963; it communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface and 3.3V negative voltage optional. This module is 128x128 graphic mode --or-- Character Generator mode (Character font) optional. WG128128I is available in various LED colors including yellow/green, blue, white, red, etc (minimum order may be required). This 128x128 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
