Description

WG14432A3 and WG14432A5 are monochrome 144x32 graphic LCD modules featuring a COB (Chip on Board) structure with an integrated PCB. Both share the same outline dimensions as the WH1602C character LCD and provide a 2.44-inch diagonal active display area.

Both models use the ST7920 controller IC and support a default 6800 8-bit parallel interface, with an optional 4-wire SPI interface.

The key difference lies in power supply requirements: WG14432A3 operates at +3.3V and offers an optional internal voltage booster for stable operation at this voltage, while WG14432A5 is designed for +5V power supply without the need for boosting.

The WG14432A series supports both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese fonts, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The modules are rated for operating temperatures between -20℃ and +70℃, and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.
