WO320240F is a 3.77 inch COG graphic LCD module with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. This module integrates two UCi7701 driver ICs and one UCi7702 driver IC, supporting a 1/240 driving duty. Furthermore, it includes a built-in negative voltage generator, while temperature compensation is available as an optional feature.
The WO320240F model supports both 3.3V and 5V power supply voltages. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. The module features a positive FSTN LCD with a transflective polarizer, offering black display content on a white background. Please contact us if you require a different LCD type or LED combination. Please note that the WO320240F is a replacement for the WO320240G model, as the original IC has reached end-of-life (EOL).
