Description

This 4.88-inch monochrome LCD display module adopts a COG (Chip on Glass) structure, with the controller IC directly mounted on the glass substrate, effectively saving space while enabling a slim form factor and enhanced stability. It features a 320x240 dot resolution and a 1/240 driving method. The module integrates an IST3088 controller IC and a built-in booster circuit, allowing contrast adjustment via software for optimized display performance.

It supports various interface options including 6800, 8080, 4-Wire SPI, and I2C, offering flexible configuration through software or hardware connections. Both the display and backlight operate on a single 3.0V power supply, simplifying the power architecture. Ideal for industrial control systems, HMIs, instrumentation, medical equipment, and other applications requiring medium-sized monochrome graphical displays.
