WO320240E is a 3.77 inch monochrome graphic LCD module with a 320 × 240 dot matrix format. This module uses STN technology and a Chip-On-Glass (COG) package, featuring the RA8835 controller IC. It supports 6800 and 8080 parallel interfaces with a 1/240 driving duty. Furthermore, the module includes a built-in negative voltage generator, while temperature compensation is offered as an optional feature.
The WO320240E model supports both 3.3V and 5V power supply voltages. This module operates at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored within -30°C to +80°C. The WO320240E is available with an FSTN positive LCD and White LED backlight. Please contact us if you require different LCD types or LED backlight options.
Please note the WO320240E replaces the WO320240D model, as the original IC has reached end-of-life (EOL).
