Description

The WF70C4TIBGDAN0 is a 7-inch TFT LCD 800x480 display module with a built-in SSD1963 controller IC, ideal for applications in industrial control panels, medical equipment displays, point of sale (POS) terminals, and home automation systems.

This module supports an 8080 MPU (8-bit Parallel) interface and features a 36-pin MCU 8080 interface, offering the flexibility to select either 8-bit or 16-bit 6800 interface mode via jumpers, making it suitable for various system designs.

With a brightness of 500 nits (typical value) and an anti-glare surface, the display ensures clear readability even in environments with ambient light. The contrast ratio of 1000:1 delivers sharp and vivid images.

Operating with a supply voltage of 3.0V to 3.6V (typical 3.3V), this module works within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ and can be stored from -30℃ to +80℃, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. It is also a direct replacement for the WF70H series, which has reached End-of-Life (EOL).
