WO12864L is a 2.24-inch 128x64 monochrome graphic COG LCD module featuring the ST7567A controller IC. It supports both SPI and I²C interfaces, which can be selected directly through Pin 2 (SI2), and operates from a 3 V power supply.
The module has the same outline dimensions, view area, and active area as the WO12864A1, while using a different controller IC and interface configuration. It operates with a 1/65 duty cycle and 1/9 bias.
With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, this graphic COG LCD module is available in an FSTN positive transflective version with a white LED backlight.
