Description

WO12864M is a 2.24-inch 128x64 monochrome graphic COG LCD module featuring the ST7567 controller IC. The module is available with 6800 8-bit, 8080 8-bit parallel, or 4-line SPI interface options and operates from a 3 V power supply.

The module measures 60.1 x 44.5 x 5.01 mm, with a 54.6 x 32.0 mm view area and a 49.89 x 27.49 mm active area. It operates with a 1/65 duty cycle and 1/9 bias drive scheme.

With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, this graphic COG LCD module is available with an LED backlight.
