Description

WG12864D is a 2.7- inch 128x64 LCD display module which is having the same mechanical size as WG12864C.  WG12864D model is built in with RA6963; it communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface and negative voltage built in on module. WG12864D is available in various LED colors including yellow/green, blue, white, red, etc.  This 128 x 64 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
