Description

WO240128C is a 3.75-inch COG (Chip-On-Glass) monochrome graphic LCD module featuring a resolution of 240x128 dots. Designed for versatility and ease of integration, this display module supports multiple interface options, including 6800, 8080, 4-Wire SPI, and I2C, making it adaptable to various system requirements through hardware connection or software configuration.

This model operates with a single 3.0V power supply for both the module and backlight, simplifying power management and reducing external component count. Equipped with a built-in voltage booster, the WO240128C allows control over the operating voltage (Vop) via software, enabling users to adjust display contrast as needed.

The display uses a UC1528C controller and features a 1/128 duty cycle for efficient performance. It is available in two LCD type options:

  • FSTN with a Transflective / Positive polarizer
  • STN with a Transmissive / Negative polarizer

These combinations provide flexibility for use in various lighting environments. The WO240128C is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including industrial control panels, handheld instruments, medical equipment, test and measurement devices, and communication systems. Its compact COG construction and multiple interface support make it an excellent choice for space-saving and interface-flexible designs.
