0.91"は最も一般的に使用される小サイズPM OLEDの一つです。この度、Winstar は人気COG OLEDのグラフィックタイプWEO012832Dを発表します。このモジュールはSSD1306 ICを内蔵し、外観サイズは30×11.5 mm、AAサイズは22.384×5.584 mmです。またCOG OLED構造のため、厚さはわずか1.4ミリです。WEO012832D 0.91インチ 超広温性有機EL液晶の操作温度は-40℃ to +80℃、保存温度は-40℃~+85℃です。有機EL･COGモジュールは超薄、軽量、低消費電力のメリットを有して、ハンドヘルド機器、メーター、スマートグリッド、ウェアラブル機器、IoTシステムなどに生かせます。また、COG構造製品はFPCが柔軟性を持って、FPCにチップが実装されずTAB構造の有機ELに比べたら曲げられることは対応可能です。そのため、客先側の設計制限が少なくなります。内部チャージポンプ電源と外部 VCC 電源をサポートしております。
