Description

The WF35PTIBCDBG0 is a 3.5-inch Capacitive Touch TFT LCD Module with a resolution of 320x240 pixels and an aspect ratio of 4:3. The module dimensions are 93.5 x 66.44 mm, and the active area size is 70.08 x 52.56 mm. This module features a control board and a built-in RA8875 controller IC, supporting the 8080 MPU interface. It comes with a projected capacitive touch screen that uses the ILI2130 driver IC, supporting an I2C interface and 5-point touch functionality.

Winstar P Series TFT Display Features:

  • The TFT display module primarily employs the RA8875 Controller IC, which is integrated with a standardized 36-pin MCU 8080 8/16-bits Pin define, and 8/16-bits 6800 Pin define Interface can be selected through Jump.
  • Pin no. 33 ~ 36 are pre-defined as backlight supply, eliminating the need for designing extra backlight circuitry.
  • Users can request external expansion of Chinese fonts (optional) and flash memory.
  • Through the built-in PWM Command of the RA8875 IC, backlight control and DMA (Direct Memory Access) for accelerated graphical operations are facilitated.
  • Additionally, it integrates a built-in 4-wire resistive touch panel controller, which is only applicable to P Series TFT models equipped with resistive touch.
 

The WF35PTIBCDBG0 TFT LCD module with projected capacitive touch screen has a contrast ratio of 350:1 and a brightness of 340 nits (typical value). The LCM voltage ranges from 3V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +70℃, and the storage temperature ranges from -30℃ to +80℃.
