It shares the same outline dimensions and pin configuration as the WH1602D character LCD, making it easy to integrate or replace in existing designs. This model is built with the ST7920 controller IC and supports both 6800 8-bit parallel and 4-line SPI serial interfaces. It operates on a standard +5V power supply and offers an internal voltage booster option for +3.3V systems.
WG14432D includes built-in font libraries for Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese, making it suitable for multilingual display applications. The LCD is available in STN positive, STN negative, and FSTN types, with multiple LED backlight color options.
