WG320240BP2 is a STN monochrome 320x240 graphic LCD module with a diagonal size of 5.67 inches. It features a module dimension of 160x109 mm and an active area (AA) of 115.18x86.38 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring precise display areas and compact integration.

This LCD display 320x240 is built with the S1D13700 controller and supports both 6800 and 8080 8-bit parallel interfaces. It operates at 5V and includes a built-in negative voltage generator.
