Description

The WO256128A is a monochrome graphic LCD module with a resolution of 256x128 pixels and a diagonal size of 2.93 inches. This module is built with the ST75256 controller IC and supports 6800 8-bit, 8080 8-bit parallel, as well as 4-wire serial SPI and I2C interfaces.

The WO256128A shares the same outline dimensions, viewing area (VA) size, and 3.3V power supply as the WO12864D3, but offers significantly higher resolution and improved performance. It serves as an upgraded version of the WO12864D3 to meet customer demands for higher resolution—without requiring any changes to the mechanical design of existing applications.

This module operates at temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +70℃, with a storage temperature range of -30℃ to +80℃. The WO256128A is available with various LCD mode options, including STN Negative, FSTN Negative (double film), and FSTN Positive, along with LED backlight choices such as white LED.
