Description

WH2004H is a 2.89-inch 20x4 character LCD module with 20 characters per line across 4 lines. The module uses a COB (Chip on Board) structure and measures 87.0 x 58.0 x 13.6 mm, with a viewing area (VA) of 74.4 x 24.8 mm. It shares the same outline dimensions, viewing area, and active area as the WH2004G series. The module provides a 16-pin FFC connection in addition to the 16-pin PCB connection points.

All models in the WH2004H series use the RW1063 LCD controller. WH2004H uses a 6800 4/8-bit parallel interface, while separate 4-line SPI (WH2004H1) and I2C (WH2004H2) versions are also available.

The default supply voltage is 5V, with a 3V version also available. Negative voltage is supported only with the 3V version. Depending on the module configuration, LED backlight connections are available through PIN1/PIN2, PIN15/PIN16, or dedicated A/K terminals.

The WH2004H series is available with a white LED backlight and multiple LCD display modes, including FSTN Positive, STN Positive Gray, and STN Negative Blue. Transflective and transmissive polarizer options are available.
