1. The 2019-nCoV has been spreading in China and has now reached multiple other countries; many people have died or have been infected. China's National Health Commission has confirmed this new coronavirus can be transmitted from person to person even from people without any symptoms. Concerns about potential infection threat, many local governments requested factories and companies have to postpone their re-open plan.

1. Since China government has extended its Lunar New Year holiday by three days in an effort to contain the spread of the new virus, Wuhan coronavirus, therefore all the companies in China will not re-open until February 10th, 2020.
