WEN025664B-CTP 是一款COF绘图型OLED显示器并含有电容式触控面板,分辨率为256x64 dots,有效区域对角线为3.12寸。模块内建SSD1322 COF IC 可使用6800/8080 8-bit和4线SPI界面;支持16(4-bits)灰阶,逻辑电压为3V,50%显示画面耗电为150mA @ 3.0V VDD(标准值),驱动方式1/64。此型号模块所含电容式触控面板内建FT6336U IC 支持I2C接口以及1点触控,表面采用亮面玻璃,此系列OLED模块加上PCB设计可使用导线连接,客户不需要额外自行开发PCB版,其整合了接口设定和VCC电路,使客户易于使用。模块工作温度范围-20℃~+70℃;储存温度范围 -30℃~+80℃,适合用在智能家电、医疗设备、工控设备等等。 此外,具有相同尺寸的OLED面板还提供各种替代方案:

Pull this pin to “High” for read mode and pull it to “Low” for write mode. When 80XX interface mode is selected, this pin will be the Write (WR#) input. Data write operation is initiated when this pin is pulled low and the CS# is pulled low. When serial mode is selected, this pin must be connected to VSS. |

6 | E/RD# | I | Read/Write Enable or Read This pin is MCU interface input. When interfacing to a 68XX-series microprocessor, this pin will be used as the Enable (E) signal. Read/write operation is initiated when this pin is pulled high and the CS# is pulled low. When connecting to an 80XX-microprocessor, this pin receives the Read (RD#) signal. Data read operation is initiated when this pin is pulled low and CS# is pulled low. When serial mode is selected, this pin must be connected to VSS. |
