WEN025664B-CTP 是一款COF绘图型OLED显示器并含有电容式触控面板，分辨率为256x64 dots，有效区域对角线为3.12寸。模块内建SSD1322 COF IC 可使用6800/8080 8-bit和4线SPI界面；支持16(4-bits)灰阶，逻辑电压为3V，50％显示画面耗电为150mA @ 3.0V VDD（标准值)，驱动方式1/64。此型号模块所含电容式触控面板内建FT6336U IC 支持I2C接口以及1点触控，表面采用亮面玻璃，此系列OLED模块加上PCB设计可使用导线连接，客户不需要额外自行开发PCB版，其整合了接口设定和VCC电路，使客户易于使用。模块工作温度范围-20℃~+70℃;储存温度范围 -30℃~+80℃，适合用在智能家电、医疗设备、工控设备等等。 此外，具有相同尺寸的OLED面板还提供各种替代方案：

Data write operation is initiated when this pin is pulled low and the CS# is pulled low. When serial mode is selected, this pin must be connected to VSS. |
