华凌同时发表两款0.96吋COG结构并都带有PCB版在模块上的WEA012864D-01与WEA012864D-03共2款OLED显示器产品，面板分辨率128x64 pixels.WEA012864D-01的模块内置SSD1306 IC，模块传输接口预设支援I2C，也可选择SPI接口，此产品含转换电路同时适用3V〜5V电压驱动.WEA012864D-01模块带PCB版并含4个螺丝锁孔， 此PCB尺寸为38.0x28.5x2.37 mm，模块机构上含8个针脚的金属排针。此型号OLED模块可支持内部升压及外部供电。
此款OLED模块非常适用智能控制，工控产品上显示器，智能家电，医疗产品，量测仪器等产品。此模块的工作温度是-40℃至+ 80℃，储存温度-40℃至85℃。
