WEA002002A 型号是一款 2.93 寸的 COG 字符 OLED 显示模块,配备了 PCB 板。模块为20 字符 x 2 行显示形式,PCB板上设计4个锁孔更方便客户固定模块在应用产品上。模块的外形尺寸为 92.3 x 23.3 mm,厚度为 5.96 mm,有效区域为 73.52 x 11.52 mm。
此模块内建 SSD1311 IC,支持4-bit/8-bit 6800/8080并列接口、I2C/4线SPI 串行接口。模块内建ROM储存ASCII、英语、欧洲、日语等字库。逻辑供电电压默认为3.3V可选5V,50%显示画面耗电流为50mA(典型值),驱动方式为 1/16 duty。
WEA002002A 型号的 COG OLED 显示模块是 WEO002002A 型号的升级版本,新增了 PCB 板。WEA002002A OLED模块加PCB设计客户可使用导线连接,客户不需要额外自行开发PCB版。此模块整合了接口设定和VCC电路,使客户易于使用。
这款 2.93 吋字符 OLED 模块非常适合用于智能家居应用、医疗设备、智能控制系统、工业控制等。WEA002002A 模块的工作温度范围为 -40°C 至 +80°C,储存温度范围为 -40°C 至 +85°C。
