WEO012864AD为COG结构0.96寸绘图型OLED显示器模块，显示画面由128x64 dots组成。此OLED模块内置ST7315 IC，有8-bit 6800 / 8080、3线/4线 SPI 和 I2C等多种接口可选择。WEO012864AD显示电压 typical value 12V, 逻辑电压 typical value 3V，驱动方式1/64 duty, 50%显示画面耗电流为6 mA@3.0VCC (白色)。WEO012864AD型号是WEO012864D型号的 IC 替代解决方案； 电气特性和PFC引脚定义相同，客户只需调整初始代码。 Winstar 0.96吋 OLED 有许多替代选择，例如 WEO012864C型号内置 SH1106 IC ，WEO012864AC型号内置 SSD1315 IC，以及WEO012864AD型号内置 ST7315 IC 。
