WF50DTYA3MNG10為5吋採用IPS面板技術的TFT LCD液晶顯示器模組， 解析度720x1280 HD全彩屏螢幕，支援MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) DSI (Display Serial Interface) 介面，具有高速數據傳輸和高速同步時間訊號傳輸特色。WF50DTYA3MNG10模組採用視角最廣的IPS面板技術，視角範圍廣，IPS面板視角廣度最大，色彩鮮明、具有飽和自然的優質畫面。此型號工作溫度為-20℃ 至+80℃，儲存溫度–30℃ 至 +80℃。
此款5吋TFT模組為直屏模式，模組內建立ILI9881C driver IC與電容式觸控面板IC GT928。WF50DTYA3MNG10是採用光學貼合的電容式觸控面板，具有可提高堅固性，抗衝擊和抗振動性等優點的特性，同時可增加產品表面抗刮傷，防水氣及灰塵入侵到LCD的內部，延長顯示器產品使用壽命。
