產品敘述

WF28JTYAJDNN0是一款採用IPS面板的2.8吋TFT液晶顯示器模組，解析度240 x 320 像素，螢幕長寬比3:4 為直屏模式IPS模組。模組內建 ILI9341 驅動 IC，支援MCU 8-bit/16-bit與SPI介面，對比度800:1 (典型值)，亮度為500 nits(典型值)。WF28J模組的驅動介面電路的電壓範圍從1.65V~3.3V，模擬供電電壓範圍從2.5V~3.3V，平常黑/透射式LCD，亮面玻璃。WF28JTYAJDNN0採用IPS面板技術，具廣視角範圍，左: 80 / 右: 80 / 上: 80 / 下: 80 度，面板視角寬度廣，色彩鮮明、具有飽和自然的優質畫面。此款模組的工作溫度是-20℃ 至 +70℃，儲存溫度是 -30℃ 至 +80℃。如果客戶產品應用需要使用高亮TFT，可另選WF28JSYAJDNN0型號，其模組亮度為1000 nits (典型值)。WF28J系列同時也有電阻式與電容式觸控面板可供選擇。

Tearing effect output pin to synchronize MPU to frame writing, activated by S/W command. When this pin is not activated, this pin is low.
If not used, open this pin.

Chip select signal.

D/CX(SCL)

(D/CX): This pin is used to select “Data or Command” in the parallel interface.
When DCX = 1, data is selected.
When DCX = 0, command is selected.
(SCL): This pin is used as the serial interface clock in 3-wire
9-bit/4-wire 8-bit serial data interface.
If not used, this pin should be connected to IOVCC or GND.

WR(SPI_D/C)

(WRX) - 8080-Ⅰ/8080-Ⅱ system: Serves as a write signal and writes data at the rising edge.
(D/CX) - 4-line system: Serves as the selector of command or parameter.
Fix to IOVCC level when not in use.

8080-Ⅰ/8080-Ⅱ system (RDX): Serves as a read signal and MCU read data at the rising edge.
Fix to IOVCC level when not in use.
