WEN025664D COF OLED顯示模組配備鐵框和PCB,解析度為256x64 dots,模組對角線5.5吋(有效區域尺寸:135.65 × 33.89 mm)。 此模組內建SSD1322 IC,支援6800/8080 8-bits和3/4線SPI介面,工作電壓為3V,驅動方式1/64 duty,支援4-bits 灰階,具高對比度為10000:1,能呈現清晰的顯示效果。
此系列OLED模組加上PCB設計可使用導線連接,客戶不需要額外自行開發PCB版,其整合了介面設定和VDD電路,使客戶易於使用。PCB上設計了四個螺絲孔使客戶更容易將模組安裝於應用產品上。此OLED模組的工作溫度範圍為-40℃至+80℃,儲存溫度範圍為-40℃至+85℃,非常適合多種環境。
同樣的OLED面板還有其他的選項:因為此款模組是OLED COF 結構自發光無須背光,所以厚度也非常的薄僅2.05 mm。 此5.5” OLED模組目前量產色有綠色與黃色,非常適合運用在POS系統。
