產品敘述
WO12864U 為一款 2.23 吋 128x64 COG 單色繪圖型 LCD 模組，搭載 ST7565P 控制器 IC。此模組採用 3.3V 邏輯電源，提供 6800 8-bit、8080 8-bit 並列介面及 4-line SPI 介面，可滿足各類嵌入式顯示應用需求。
模組外形尺寸為 58.2 x 44.7 x 3.9 mm，檢視區域為 52.0 x 33.5 mm，有效區域為 47.76 x 30.29 mm，採用 1/64 Duty、1/9 Bias 驅動方式。
