產品敘述

WG320240BP3是一款單色5.7吋的320x240繪圖型STN液晶顯示器模組。此模組內建S1D13700控制器，支援6800 / 8080 8-bit平行介面，內建負壓，有溫補線路可供選擇，標準5V驅動。此款型號有CCFL與多色LED背光選擇，玻璃有STN正顯與負顯及FSTN型LCD(部分顏色LED與LCD有MOQ)。WG320240BP3的操作溫度是-20℃ ~ +70℃，儲存溫度為-30℃ ~ +80，所有物料符合環保RoHS標準與歐盟REACH規範。WG320240BX 系列有以下3款版本:
  • WG320240BX: ZIF connector (CN-FPC), 20 pins
  • WG320240BP2: DIP connection, 20 pins
  • WG320240BP3: with touch panel driver, ZIF connector, 26 pins
