WO24064D是一款240x64點矩陣格式的單色COG圖形LCD模組。WINSTAR標準COG 240 x 64繪圖型LCD顯示器WO24064D內建有一個支援SPI / 6800 / 8080介面的ST7586S IC,可選擇4線SPI或3線SPI介面。該顯示器模組的尺寸為86.2 x 39.3 mm,有效區域尺寸為76.78 x 20.46 mm。該LCD模組可在-20℃至+70℃的溫度下工作。邏輯電壓供應範圍為3.0V至3.4V,典型值為3.3V,1/64的驅動工作。這款COG LCD顯示器非常適用於醫療設備、測試儀器、家庭安全系統、工業控制設備等應用。
