WF70A8TYAHLNGB 是一款橫屏模式7吋IPS TFT模組，帶有PCAP投射電容式觸控螢幕，解析度為1027x600。WF70A8系列內建ST5021 + ST5651驅動IC、模組支援LVDS介面、典型對比度為800、典型亮度為450 nits、長寬比為16:9、表面為亮面玻璃、LCD類型為平常黑、透射式。WF70A8系列PCAP觸控螢幕內建ILI2130 IC並支援I2C介面，此款7英寸IPS TFT視角比TN TFT寬廣，視角典型值為 左:85 / 右:85 / 上:85 / 下:85度。
WF70A8TYAHLNGB的供電電壓（VDD）為3.0V至3.6V，典型值為3.3V。 模組可以在-20℃至+ 70℃的溫度範圍內工作，並在-30℃至+80℃的儲存溫度範圍內工作。 WF70A8系列另有RTP電阻式觸控玻璃（RTP）供客戶選擇，型號為WF70A8TYAHLNT0。
